Shell necklaces

Last days we went for a walk on the beach and  we collected some shells to make shell necklaces. Little I. was a very good helper specially at helping me passed the wire through the hole of the shells with his tiny hands! We made Montessori ours!

The Jungle Book

One of their favourite children's book is The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling. Little I. and Little S. lovehearing stories about Mowgli, Baloo, the wolves, Shere Khan, everything...

Date night

We walked around the port and ended up at a live music bar where we drank mojitos. The best things in life are not always planned. Graham Keeling concert, a date night with my love!

Little I. thinks that best part about building sand castles is destroying them! This reminds me of the Tibetan Buddhist monks, they destroy the sand mandala they create because the underlying message of the mandala ceremony is that nothing is permanent. Why do adults cling to so many things?



I enjoy sitting watching Little S. and Little I. play together. Dear Summer I❤️you.



No one's happier than Little S. at the beach. I love this girl!

Hand over hand

Life is easier if we can count on our family to help us through rough patches in our life. I feel blessed.

Mediterranean taste

Today we went for lunch at rice restaurant with mediterranean taste!



Little S. and moth became best friends!

Gibraltar: children & apes!

Today we visited Gibraltar. Odd mix of English and Andalucian personality!



Little I. and Little S. could not stop yelling! Apes will be in their nightmares tonight!

My little mermaid

Little S. learned to swim while she was spending summer holidays with her granny. I missed it because I was working 1000 miles ahead and I felt blue but I forgot it when I saw her swimming like a fish. Oh, Gosh! She overcomed her littles fears and I am so proud of her!



Little I. took his first steps to swimming. He tried to imitate sister's success!



Little S. and Little I. love to spend hot days splashing around in a pool!

White light

We enjoy our last days of summer, we are surrounded by white. White provides light and a sense of serenity.



Little S. and Little I. in summer mood! The best thing is they enjoy each second in their lives, not just in summer, but as well in the winter, holidays or not!



Little I. loves ice plants, he is surprised because flowers open during the day and close at night!

Sprinkles

When I see their hands interlaced I can't help wondering if they will remain together in the future.



I was going to tell off Little I. when I remembered curiosity is the desire to learn. I love  his Whas'at? Later I readjusted all sprinkles, of course!

A happy day!

Little S. and Little I. will grow up and they will forget this summer, this place... but their laughter will become part of themselves!
